Cancellation Policy

As a very small business providing my only source of income, I am very respectful of your time, and diligently provide dependable scheduling for my clientelle. I am very much dependent upon maintaining scheduled appointments and appreciate your mutual respect for the limited sessions I can provide to all my clients.  I appreciate your understanding of the following necessary policy: 

Failure to arrive within 10 minutes of the scheduled appointment time, or cancelling or rescheduling less than 24 hours prior to a scheduled appointment will be considered a "No-show." Saturday appointments require a 48 hour notice of cancellation. 

For those with prepaid package sessions, the 3rd "no-show" within 6 months will result in a charge of one session from the package, or a forfeit of the complimentary session. 

For those who pay for individual sessions, after 2 "no-shows" within 6 months a non-refundable prepaid deposit of half the session price will be required prior to reserving an appointment. 

If your appointment can be rescheduled within 7 calendar days, the cancellation will be considered a "postponement," and will not be counted. However, if "postponements" become frequent, a similar policy will be implemented.
